EXTENTOOL is located in Hangzhou China,a very beautiful city.Not only Shanghai port and Ningbo port near us,but also the Xiaoshan International Airport near to us, so we enjoy convenient transportation.

14 years ago, a young man graduated from an engineering university northern east of China, bringing the family’s wish and dream he came to an eastern developed province to find job. His hometown is in a far away village of west province. He comes from a traditional peasant family where he becomes an unsophisticated and hardworking person.

 To him, the most impressive memory is the first job, he worked for a Taiwan Investment furniture company, as a trainee he had to work as a common worker in workshop for physical work for over 16 hours a day, no rest day per month, there he worked almost a year under such rough condition! One point is he needed money to pay off tuition debt, the other is he has no experience and practice capacity is very hard to find a good job. Because of this experience he keeps difficult struggle and always study custom. He knew he has no good family background, no good relationship available for him, the only thing is to work more hard to change his fate and improve his family’s living!

 He has ever worked for several manufacturing companies, has ever worked as a junior telescopic pole design Technician, photographic accessories manager and vice GM. manager in a US investment co., he is always growing step by step. Because of his industry experience, in 2010 he started to build his own business of producing telescopic pole, and selling paint roller and paint brush.

 Through past 4 years, his business is growing from 2 workers at a very small workshop, now the factory have wide office and over 2000 Squares workshop about 40 workers, moreover he has established a professional management team, has wide show room, R&D dept, International trade Dept and Quality Control dept. Have developed series of new telescopic pole for oversea huge customers such as Home Depot and Wal-mart and many internal customs!
